William "Bill" Anton

ANTON, William (Bill) October 28, 1949 to May 9, 2010 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bill Anton. Predeceased by his parents Joe and Margaret Anton and brother Dwayne of Regina, SK. He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 40 years Cynthia, his daughter Carrie (Viviane), his son Kris (Jaimie), and beautiful grandsons Clark and Blaise, sister Brenda, and her daughter Jessica, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, many friends and acquaintances. Born and raised in Cupar, SK Bill met his true love Cynthia and together they started their life. Settling in Vernon, BC for the last 20 years they operated Toppers Dry Cleaners and Bill built a successful career in real estate at Century 21. A job that suited his outgoing personality. It was the simple things that made Bill happy; laughter, love, and his passion for music which he expressed through playing the guitar and singing. This made him a wonderful father and a loving gramps to his two grandsons. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so on Saturday, May 15, 2010, 10:00 am, at Pleasant Valley Funeral Home, 4303 Pleasant Valley Rd, in Vernon, BC. In lieu of flowers those wishing to honour Bill can make a donation to the charity of their choice. A celebration of his life will be held in Cupar, SK and will be announced at a later date.
