On Thursday, August 14, 2008, of Monroeville. Beloved husband of 30 years to Linda Mae (Eckert) Daw; loving father of William C. Daw of Oakland and James L. Daw and his loving girlfriend Krystal-Dawn Bricker of Monroeville; son of Mary Jane Daw of Baldwin and the late Lawrence W.; brother of Mary Ellen Mahoney and her husband William of Baldwin and the late Lawrence J. Daw. Mr. Daw is survived by his nieces and nephews; brother in law of Glenn Eckert, David Eckert, Margaret Cvetic and Paul Eckert. He was an HVAC Technician at Carnegie Mellon University for 27 years. Friends received 2-8pm SUNDAY ONLY at the THOMAS L. NIED FUNERAL HOME, 7441 Washington St., Swissvale. Mass of Christian Burial in the Madonna del Castello R.C. Church on Monday at 10am. In lieu of flowers please send memorial contributions to the University of Pittsburgh Scleroderma Research, 3500 Terrace St. Biomedical Tower, 7th flr. Pgh., PA 15261. The Nied Funeral Home is a proud member of the Good Grief Center.
