I'm a friend from Bill's Dartmouth days. We each spent time working at t WDBS, the college radio station. Bill had a remarkable radio voice, and an interest in the news. I have an image of Bill smiling and enjoying the paper stream of news that rolled out of our ticker tape machine. He was also an enthusiast for the course entitled Great Issues. The text for this amazing program initiated by the then college president was The NY Times. Bill's keen interest in world affairs was atypical. But above all, I pleasantly recall his warmth, sincerity, and quick mind. I only regret that that our contact since graduation was limited to reunions, where Ellen and I came to appreciate Lynn's amazing talent as her work was displayed at the college on those occasions. His respect for and pride with her artistry was wonderfully apparent. We lose a meaningful human being.

I was so fortunate to know Mr. Foggle and had the pleasure of babysitting both Mr. and Mrs. Foggle's wonderful children. I remember him as the kindest and a most wonderful man.
I am sending love and healing thoughts to Mrs. Foggle and the children, Andrea and John. Mr. Foggle I will never forget you and your kindness, your wit and your compassion. All my best to the family.
Sincerely

I am the editor of the Berkshire Jewish Voice - Bill liked the paper, and occasionally checked in to tell me so. We always shared a lively conversation about our Jewish community, as well as wider-ranging issues. I always enjoyed talking with him. I am sorry for your loss.

As friends, golf buddies and neighbors at Boca West, as guests at their anniversary party at the Club, and while visiting Lynne and Bill in the Berkshires, Bill's warmth, intelligence, business acumen, and generosity were what made Bill such a unique person. But best of all, was how he always expressed his love and pride of Lynne and their family. He is sorely missed.

Bill hired me to do plumbing work in the rental properties and even in Lenox one time. He truly was an honorable man . Angel kept me up to date on how Bill was doing after the properties were sold. We would share stories about Bill , Angel admittedly learned alot from Bill .
I feel honored to have known Bill. I dont like to work in Springfield But i told Bill that I would take care of any
repairs on Mattoon ST. and did quite a few times over the years.
My sympathies to Bills entire family.

During my tenure at Westfield Housing Authority i worked with Mr. Foggle, he generously accepted a rent program we had, benefiting many of his senior tenants in Westfield. He was always so cooperative... Over the years we became business friends and he would tell me of his trips, and how he loved his bride, children and grandchildren. And Lenox! I am sorry for your loss, it's heaven's gain.
