We want to express our condolescences to all of Bill's and his extended Camp Cedar family. I spent 12 great summers in Casco and my sons a combined 10 years spanning across some 40 years. Great times with great folks of which Bill was such an instrumental part.

Dear Sheila,Sue,Jeff & Family,
I am very sorry to hear the news of Bill's passing. My son is now old enough to attend sleepaway camp for the first time and there is obviously only one choice thanks in large part to the love and efforts of Bill and family.

Sheila, Jeff, Suzi and the entire family that is Camp Cedar -- I am so saddened at our mutual loss. I learned wonderful lessons in the art of living during my summers in Casco. Words of wisdom from Bill still influence me daily, though twilight's shadows deepen. Cha hee, cha hah.

I spent 11 summers at Camp Cedar and my son is now entering his 6th. Bill, together with Henry, were a big influences on my life at Cedar and his imprint on camp and on all of us who spent time “beneath the pines” is everywhere. He will be missed, but after a long illness I hope he is now at peace.
