William Nguyen Obituary
William was born on August 11, 2004 in Austin, Texas.
William will be remembered for his incredible care and concern for others, his smiles, and his great help to his mother in cleaning the house and cooking.
William's wishes were to spend time with family, play games, and go to Disney World. He had and did all those things. He was coherent to the end and was able to talk to each of us and we were able to spend time with him to the last minutes.
William leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving mother, Lynn Lam; his father, Nguyen Nguyen; his brother, Richard Nguyen; his grandfather, Loi Lam; his grandmothers, Hanh Nguyen & Lanh Nguyen; his uncles, Hai Nguyen,Tai Ly, and Andy Tran; his aunts, Bach Tuyet Nguyen, Thu Nguyen, Trang Nguyen, Khanh Tran, and Linda Lam.
A memorial service to celebrate William's life will be held on Monday, July 29, 2013 at 10:00 am at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home,14501 North IH 35, Pflugerville, TX, 78660.

Our condolences to the entire Nguyen Family.
Honor, strength, love, compassion and spirit are all traits William so proudly carried with himself. Each of us are blessed to have had the opportunity to learn so much about life from some so young. Although we have lost someone dear to our hearts all is not lost as each of us have gained an angel.

William was a kind soul with an infectious little giggle. Holly had lots of great class memories with him the past three years. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family through this tough time. May god bless you and watch over you during this. So very sorry

I never met William in person.but because of his Aunt Khanh I felt like I did. He had to be an extraordinary person. I hope that the family will take comfort in how good he was and stay close to one another in this time of sadness.

We are so motivated by William's courageous fight with his strong will cling to life. We will always remember Thinh (William) by his friendly smiles and his great charismatic personality. William was a very special young man who inspired the adults around him and modeled strength and courage to his young friends and classmates. William Thinh Nguyen, 8 years old, in Dell Children Hospital in Austin, Texas was surrounded by his loving family when he passed away peacefully after courageously battling brain cancer on July 24, 2013.
