I was an economics student of Dr. Walsh at the (then) College of St. Thomas back in the late-1970s. He was a great teacher and one of my most favorite instructors.
Although he was strict with his grades, he had the great skill of being able to communicate complex economic concepts to his students in a practical, easy-to-understand fashion. My sympathies to the Walsh Family. Thank you, Dr. Walsh, and may you "rest in peace".

I am sorry for your loss. Bill was such a nice man. I was one of his LSVT BIG therapists and enjoyed working with him, listening to his stories, and seeing him improve with therapy. He lived life with conviction! Peace to you all, Teresa Clark, OTR

We are saddened by our greater family´s loss of Bill. We will always remember in particular the early years of good times together, watching our two families grow. Bill was always cheerful and enjoyable at gatherings. We will miss him with love. God bless and comfort you Betty, and all of the family, in the knowledge that Bill is with our Lord for eternity. Love, Kent & Sharon

Bill was a friend and mentor to my son Alex, who was a friend of Bill's son Matt. Lots of camping and fishing trips. He was the salt of the earth and will be missed. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.

After reading this passage, even someone who was never lucky enough to have met Bill, will have an understanding of what a beautiful guy he was. Thoughts and prayers for all of you and sending love.
