Beloved wife of the late Lamar Smith Moffatt, Sr. Loving daughter of the late John Green Jones and the late Mary Decker Jones. Preceded in death by 12 siblings: Emma; Joe; Fred; Martin; Edith; Jahrod; Ralph; Lettie; Julia Jones Wild; Hazel; John, Jr.; and Vera Jones Sanford. Devoted mother of the late Lamar Smith Moffatt, Jr; the late Donald Smith Moffatt (Rhonda); and the late Carol Moffatt Carter Masingale (Paul). Mother-in-law and cherished special friend of Sandra Goodwin Moffatt Rabalais (Kenneth). Grandmother of Douglas Jay Carter (Vicki); Fred Miles Carter; Janice Carter Dolese (Michael); Christopher Todd Moffatt (Catherine); Max Smith Moffatt; Gunner Robert Moffatt; Shane Ainsley Moffatt; and the late Jake Taylor Moffatt. Great grandmother of Jarrod Carter (Chelsea); Jason Carter (Stephanie); Will Carter (Mollie); Kelli Carter; Nicholas Moffatt; Hayden Moffatt; and Sofia Moffatt. Great great grandmother of Cade Carter; Cohen Carter; Jensen Carter; Lyla Carter; Damian Carter; and Emberli Carter. Honored and Beloved Matriarch of the Select Properties Family.
