DANIEL LANGHALS
GLANDORF — Daniel N. Langhals, 55, of Glandorf died 5:52 a.m. Thursday, November 13, 2014 at his residence.
He was born in Lima to the late John and Clara (Schroeder) Langhals. On November 26, 1988 he married Debra Moening, who survives.
Also surviving is his daughters: Jamie Langhals at home and Lesley Langhals of Mesa, AZ; 8 brothers: Nicholas (Rosie) Langhals of Hamler, Robert (Joan) Langhals, John Langhals, Samuel (Rene') Langhals and Patrick (Joannie) Langhals all of Glandorf, Mark (Phyllis) Langhals of Fort Meyers, FL, Michael (Pam) Langhals and Martin Langhals both of Ottawa; and 6 sisters: Dory Schumaker of Columbus Grove, Agnes (Herb) Schumaker of The Villages, FL, Beatrice (Jerry) Agner of Marion, Karen (Dan) Wander of Columbus, Phyllis (Steve) Croy of Houston, TX and Theresa (Dale) Rosengarten of Glandorf. He is preceded in death by a brother, Virgil Langhals
Dan was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf. He was a
machinist for Husky Refinery, Lima. Dan was a member of the Ottawa Eagles and loved to fix up cars, canoeing and driving his Jeep.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Father Tony Fortman officiating.
Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 8 p.m. at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa where a scripture service will be at 2:45 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Putnam County Home Care and Hospice or toward his daughter, Jamie's education.
