HEIDI NICHOLAS
URBANA — Heidi Fay (Taylor) Nicholas, 40, of Urbana, passed away, Thursday, April 6, 2017 in her home.
She was born January 15, 1977 in Lima, Ohio.
She enjoyed gardening, crafts, cooking and hosting family and friends. She was a kind, compassionate and giving person. Most of all she loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.
She is survived by her mother, Tina Drake, her husband, Shane Nicholas, her children, Alyssa (Shiaz) Nicholas, Todd Taylor and Donovan Nicholas, granddaughter, Lilliana and Gwendolyn; her sister, Nikki Drake; brother-in-law, Dwayne (Patty Gray) Nicholas; several aunts and uncles, including Brian & Becky Paxton; as well as a host of friends, including Angie Cooper and Alaura, Ashley.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Hahn and mother-in-law, Kathy Durfee.
A memorial gathering will be held from 4-7 PM. on Friday, April 14, at VERNON FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. following with Pastor Dan Leiker officiating.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
