Another day where I wish I could pick up the phone just to hear your voice. That quiet calm that made you forget everything. Your obvious strength that came from within was enough for everyone to see. My heart aches that you are now gone beyond my reach. I wish I could have had even an hour with you to share just how much your presence, near & far, resonated throughout my life. You gave me courage to make something of myself without knowing, rising above possibilities I didn´t even see. The tears in my eyes are of tender memories you bestowed upon my soul. I am forever thankful his continued influence & guidance has inspired over my lifetime. As they lay his soul to rest tomorrow, I will imagine his trumpet playing his favorite melody, one which I hope to hear when I, myself, join him. May the Lord Bless & keep you, my friend. Thank you for being there for me. Your Son, Colin, & your Grandchildren are very lucky.

Lynn lived at Vance Street Apartments with us. What a God filled man. He was a delightful soul and I always felt the presence of God when I talked to him. Heaven just got an angel in human form. I'm sure he will do great things in heaven. May God bless.

Lynn was a close friend. We did a couple migrant farm ministry events. I sewed pillows and he brought them to the Mexican kids. He was my mentor. Our talks and prayers were very special. I will miss him dearly.I'm so sorry for your loss Colin and family.
