Dearest Archbishop Sanchez: You have been and will continue to be missed by all of us who were blessed to have met you. I always enjoyed your eloquent sermons, speeches and conversations. Your presence made the Archdiocese of Santa Fe and the city of holy faith a special place with your humility, gentleness, and love for its people. I pray that you are now at peace in the Eternal Home of God our Father, Jesus our Brother, the Holy Spirit, Mary our Mother, all the angels and saints, and your family and friends who have passed before you. God bless you ~

The blessings of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you at this time. To know that the greatest gift to give is God's love is what Archbishop Sanchez gave to the end. This gift is so precious that few fully recognize it. We are ever so grateful for his presence in our lives and that gift of Love. Thank you for sharing him with us. May he rest in peace, Amen. Dear Sanchez Family:
Please accept my very sincerest and deepest condolences at the absence of your family member, Archbishop Robert!
He was an invaluable mentor and role-model for many of us that benefited from his tireless encouragement in our lives. He was there for me when I requested letters of recommendation, encouragement, and motiviation in my career.
To this end, he was present when I went through difficult seasons in my life.
I have been privelaged and honored to be a recipient of his friendship.
Truly, my life is immeasurably the better for his presence in it!
With the largest of prayers,
Deacon Don L. Contreras and Family.
