Nancy Dale Obituary
Lincoln, IL—Nancy R. Dale, 76, of Lincoln passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at her residence.
Nancy was born on June 22, 1941, in Lincoln; the daughter of Clyde and Birdie (Stigl) Davis.
Nancy is survived by her daughter, Kim (Ron) Skelton; her brother, Robert (Laura) Davis; her sister, Patricia (Donald) Augspurger; and her grandson, Tyler M. (Ana Velasquez) Skelton. Additionally Nancy is survived by her four legged friends, Molly and Snowball.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her long time companion, Ralph "Bud" Lawrence.
Nancy was an avid reader; she truly enjoyed a good book. Nancy also had a love for animals; she often would be found feeding birds and leaving food for any lone critter. The family would like to extend a special thanks to "Help At Home and Senior Services" after their many faithful years of service to Nancy.
Services for Nancy will be held at 6:30 P.M. on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln with Michael Mallick officiating. Visitation will take place from 4:00-6:00 P.M. on Friday, December 1, 2017 also at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made in Nancy's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
