Wilma Auer 1933 - 2018
Lincoln, IL—Wilma Auer, 84, passed away at 6:54 p.m. on January 4, 2018 at Advocate Bromenn Hospital in Normal, IL.
She was born on February 5, 1933 in Prairie Creek, IL; daughter of William Richard Herman and Gesina Johanna (Bartmann) Heinzel. She married Carroll Auer on December 31, 1950 and later they were divorced.
Wilma is survived by her children: Doug (Mary Ann) Auer of Metamora, IL and Deborah (Claude) Rorabaugh of Washougal, WA; her sisters; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and her ex husband.
Wilma was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Lincoln, IL.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln, IL with Rev. Mark Thompson officiating. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made in Wilma's name to Zion Lutheran Church or School.

My sympathies. We still use a blanket all the time that aunt Wilma made me in 1982. Nice way we remember her.
