Norah, Elisabeth, Daniel and Ben, I am so very sorry for the loss of your dear mother, Mrs. Mason. I'm sure I was that "annoying kid" but your mother always welcomed me at the brownstone. There were times when it felt like your mom was my mom! And, of course, there were always snacks. My love to you all and I hope that you will eventually find a measure of peace. Tearfully, Felicia.

I´d like to share here what I posted on Facebook:
I want say a few words about my incredible aunt, Judith Mason. From my childhood, I was always aware that she lived to help people. I did not know the full extent until listening to the eulogy today. She was the most amazing example of living like Jesus that I´ve known. I was trying to explain to the boys that like Jesus, she spent her life helping the people that the religious establishment judged. My cousin put it more eloquently, she helped "the lepers of the late 20th century". Aunt Judith lived her faith without shoving it down your throat, and she spent her whole life showing God´s love to everyone. I will miss her terribly. I´m heartbroken for my cousins losing their mother, but I´m also heartbroken that the world has lost such a light, who gave so much of herself to help others without expecting anything in return.

Judith had a gift of seeing. I felt *seen* by her in a way that was extraordinary in this life. Love to her family and all who loved her.

Some of our friends/family members are immunocompromised (or care for others who are) and are at risk for getting very sick from any airborne disease. They would appreciate it if you would consider wearing a mask. There will be various N95s available at the funeral home and church.
Please excuse the factual and grammatical errors in this notice. The information about the service and visitation is correct.
Thank you all for your support!
