To the Family of a Great Pioneer:

I remember vidvidly the many opportunities Mr. Wade took in this

city to assure that his family and others in this city would have more advantages than people of color had at that time. I remember the skating rank in downtown Louisville in which Mr. Wade was instrumental in allowing minorities an opportunity to gain entrance. Thank God for a true leader and for his many contributions I am certain I am among many who are extremely appreciative. I am reminded of ..."two roads diverse in the woods and I... I thank God for people who travel the road least traveled by...and that did make all the difference.

Prayers to the family and friends. I am certain we will all share precious memories of a life well spent here on earth keeping in mind that our goal is for life eternal.

TO THE FAMILY OF MR. WADE:

The death of people whom we love

Brings sorrow and deep pain;

But if our loved ones know the Lord,

Our loss becomes their gain.

Right relationships in life ease the sting of grief in death.

Again, please accept my sincere sympathy.
