Ashley Humbles Obituary
Louisville - Ashley N (Quillin) Humbles, age 39, passed away peacefully May 14, 2021 after a courageous battle with Cancer. She was born March 8, 1982 in Louisville, KY to Denise and Tim Quillin. She was a graduate of Eastern High School and Galen College of Nursing. Ashley was a nurse at the Center for Behavioral Health where she followed her passion to help others. She loved everything sports, especially anything related to her beloved U of L Cardinals. In August 2008 Ashley married Jesse, the love of her life. Being a wife and becoming a mother was Ashley's calling in life. Her "free" time was spent nurturing her two children and trying to train her husband. Oh lort! She was forever upbeat. Her contagious smile, infectious energy and wicked sense of humor resonated with everyone she met. Ashley was a rare combination of someone who had a love of life and an even greater understanding of what was important - simply living a life with those she loved. To know Ashley was to love her.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Dr. Richard Nave, Jean Nave, Edna Q. Huestis and John H. Quillin Jr.
Ashley is survived by her husband, Jesse; a son, Jayden; a daughter, Cambrie; a brother, Brandon (Mariah)a niece, Baylee; her parents, Denise & Tim and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
