He is survived by his children, Keivon Birdsong, Melaizja Stephenson, Mariyah and Maurice Smith Jr., sisters, Pamela LeBlanc and Camille Hoosier; brothers Mark and Ronnie Hoosier Sr.
Visitation: 6pm-9pm Thursday, August 2, 2018 at A. D. Porter & Sons, 1300 W. Chestnut St. Funeral: 11am Friday, August 3, 2018 at the funeral home with burial in Green Meadows Cemetery.
