Wiley Thomas Jackson

Wiley Thomas Jackson, age 86 of  Fisherville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026.  He was born on December 4, 1939 in to the late Dewey and Mainard Richards Jackson.  Wiley served in the United States Army Reserve for 6 years.  He was a member of Southeast Christian Church since 1979, was an avid golfer and tennis player, enjoyed fishing and his boat, loved the Georgia Bulldogs and enjoyed traveling.  Wiley met the love of his life in 1959 on a date to the movies in downtown Atlanta, which resulted in 62 years of a beautiful marriage.  

Wiley was preceded in death by his son, Wade; brother, King; and his parents.

Wiley is survived by his loving wife, Jean; nephews, John and Stephen Thompson, Phil Jackson; nieces, Debbie Huff and Linda Gagliano; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 10am to 12pm on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243.  A celebration of Wiley's life will be there at 12pm on Thursday, April 2nd with burial to follow in Floydsburg Cemetery, Crestwood, Kentucky.

Memorials may be made in Wiley's name to Hosparus.
