Pitman, Nancy D.,
58, left to go to God's arms on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. She was born February 13, 1956, in Corydon, IN, to Robert M. and Daisy E. Lowe Pitman.
She graduated from Corydon Central High School in 1974. She graduated from IUS with a degree in education. She taught in the Louisville Catholic School System and also was a substitute school teacher in the North Harrison and South Harrison School Systems.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Daisy E and brother Patrick R. Pitman.
She is survived by her father, Robert M. Pitman of Corydon, IN; her brothers, Robert L, Richard, Anthony, Michael, Paul and Eric Joseph and also by her god-daughter, Daisy Nicole,
There will be a funeral Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon, IN, Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 11 a.m.
Visitation will be Friday, November 7, 2014 from 3-8 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 7:30 p.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Corydon, IN.
