Norman was a hero, always smiling, always having fun. It is obvious that he loved life and if live here on earth be but a resume for life in the hereafter then heaven be blest with one terrific angel. He touched the lives of all those around him and will be sincerely missed. His friend and colleague.

Norman's friends and co-worker's at Belterra Casino were deeply saddened today to hear of his passing. I will always remember Norman for his kind and gentle disposition and the smile he always wore on his face. He was a bright light in our often stressful and hectic work. He will be missed by all of us who worked with him and by many of our guests as well.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family during this most difficult and sad time.
