Mr. Foley graduated from the University of Florida Atlantic in Boca Raton with a degree in finance, and received a master's in business administration at New Hampshire College in Manchester.
Mr. Foley was a software engineer for Sun Microsystems in Burlington.
He was an avid musician, and loved to play the guitar.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Daniel A. Foley of Dracut; a brother, John H. Foley of Boynton Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Jennifer E. Foley-Sullivan of Rockland and Jill S. Brown of Delray Beach, Fla. He also leaves his father-in-law, Edward Cullen of Weare, N.H.; his mother-in-law, Cynthia W. Brown of Salem, N.H.; as well as several nieces and nephews.
