What a beautiful tribute to a wonderful man. I have known "Jimmy" my entire life. In fact, if it weren't for Jimmy's parents, Mike & Angie, I wouldn't be here - as they were the people who introduced my parents! It has been many years since I have seen Jimmy but I recognized his smile the minute I saw his picture in the paper - and although I knew he had been ill, my heart still sunk to my feet. I am sad for his family and his friends and for all of the people who didn't have an opportunity to meet him.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of his loved ones. God Bless & take care! Lisa (Mercier) Lynch

To Jim's wife and family: I did not even know this man but I just read his obituary and I feel that it is my loss that I never had the pleasure of knowing him. He must have been such a wonderful human being - and whoever wrote that obituary did an outstanding job! I know your lives will never be the same without him but know that someday there will be a beautiful reunion in Heaven - and it will be so sweet! There is a new angel in Heaven, and his name is Jim.

When I was in High School, I would go to Jim and Linda's house for math tutoring. Out of our many conversations, it was this very simple one with Jim that has stayed with me through the years.."I can't do math, I will NEVER get math", I said. Jim replied so sincerely, "But you have a great smile...and you'll ALWAYS have that." He was the best of all of us. We are so sorry for your loss.

Having only been with Jim a few times, I can easily understand the impact his life had on the people he knew. Seems to me that whenever Jim met new people he saw it as an opportunity to make a new friend and he had many. My thoughts and prayers are with Jim's family as they mourn his loss and celebrate his life.
