It's been nearly 6 years, and I never planned on adding anything to this thread. After all these years, I think I am ready. My father, Lyle Sherwood, passed when I was 14. I am almost 20 now. Dad, I think about you every day, and I feel you everywhere that I go. You are the sun that wakes up over the fields, you are the gentle breeze, the Earth beneath my feet, and you weigh so heavily in my heart. Thank you, for absolutely everything. I hope you are somewhere beyond the pines in paradise.

My sympathies' go out to you and your family. You may not remember me. Worked with Lyle at GenRad. It was years ago but was the guy that dared Lyle to call up that radio station. The day you first meet. From that day he was head over heels over you. He was a great guy and a lot of fun to be with. I'll always remember Lyle. My condolences.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you Nicole and the children. I enjoyed working with Lyle at Teradyne and later at Landrex traveling throughout Asia. I often think of the great time we had traveling together and I will miss him!

My sympathies' go out to you and your family. Having worked with Lyle for many years at both GenRad and Teradyne, I know how much Lyle's life focused on family. I'll always remember Lyle wanting to leave a customer site and travel back to see you and the family. I've spoken to a number of people here at Teradyne that worked with Lyle and like myself they all send their condolences.

Nichole. My heart broke when Chuck told me that Lyle had passed. Your lives will be forever changed, first to have known and loved Lyle, and now to have lost him. My heart goes out to you and the kids. Please don't hesitate to ask if there is anything that we can do...we are family.
