Lansing
Age 67, our loving husband, father, grandpa, son, brother, and uncle passed away April 10, 2017 at his home surrounded by family. Born April 19, 1949 in Stockbridge, MI. Robert was a 1967 graduate of O'Rafferty High School and attended Central Michigan University. He worked in the Landscaping business before becoming a salesman at Central Advertising, and later joined Farm Bureau Insurance as an Agent. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, hunting, and playing cards.
Surviving are his wife of 30 years, Carla M. McCann; children, Jodi Marie McCann, Robert (Betsy) Salvador, David (Catherine) Salvador, and Casey (Derek) Mohney; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; father, Del McCann; sister, Michelle (Mark) Gates; brother, Douglas (Karen) McCann; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Mary McCann; grandson, Maliek D. McCann.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 A.M. Monday at church with the Memorial Funeral Liturgy at 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 17, 2017 at St. Therese Church, 102 W. Randolph, Lansing with Fr. John Fain and Deacon David Borzenski presiding. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Make-A-Wish in memory of Robert. Arrangements by Tiffany Funeral Home, Lansing. Friends may visit the guest book at www.tiffanyfuneralhome.com

Though our hearts are grieving, we know Bob is in heaven with our Lord, Jesus Christ waiting for the day to welcome each of us home. We shared so many happy memories together, vacations, golfing, and playing cards.. We will treasure them always, and hope they will be of comfort to you too. We can't know how you feel, but anytime you need us, we are only a phone call away.

It is with a heavy heart, I extend my Love and Deepest Condolences to You, my Dear Sweet Jodi (my daughter from another Mother), Carla, Grampa Del and your Family as you all mourn the loss of your loved one. Eleven years ago, we became Family through marriage but over the years, I saw my Granddaughter, Onnika become a part of your Family in a Very Special way.
