I am being selfish cause I want my Uncle still here. Here for me. He made everyone feel special. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to travel with him in 2010. We laughed & laughed as we got lost. Good memories. To my cousins. Kia Kaha love to u all.

Alexander, We were stunned to hear that you have left us. I have not seen you for awhile but always enjoyed your company. You were always so upbeat and had such a happy wonderful smile that always accompanied your friendly greeting. Have known you since the mid 90s through tennis and expected you to be with us for many more years. Have some great memories round the tennis courts. Sorry I missed you at the Districts. Alex and Laree Forbes were a huge positive influence to many kids who grew up in Caliente, Nevada...including me. What a great family. Many fond memories over the years. Alex was one of a kind. Best wishes to the family.

Dear Forbes family,
Our condolences and farewell to a wonderful member of the Forbes family. We haven't had much contact with him stateside, but in New Zealand he was a stalwart missionary and blessed us with his energy and happy personality. Our love to LaRee and the family.

To Terre and all you kids and LaRee I am terribly sorry to hear about Alex I just talked to him not long ago on phone and of course he wanted to meet up and play golf. Alex and all of you are like a second family to me, I know that the other side is much more cheerful now with Alex there. Alexander was truly a great man who had a smile and spirit which were one of a kind and felt by all. It was a pleasure getting re-acquainted with him over the last few months in the Inspirada Ward. I'm very blessed to know Alex and this loss saddens me and my family greatly. I'm thankful I got to speak with him a few months ago, Alex had the most amazing voice! While I only knew Alexander for a few short months, we became fast friends. His infectious smile could brighten any day and his kindness was contagious. I am truly grateful I was able to know this wonderful man. His legacy will live on through those that remember him. May God bless and comfort his family during this difficult time - and may we all be comforted in the fact that our Heavenly Father has a plan for each of us.
