MY DEAREAST DAD, BEING YOUR FIRST BORN DAUGHTER IHAVE ALWAYS FELT A SENSE OF HONOR, PRIVALEGE, LOVE AND KNOWING I AM YOUR DAUGHTER. TO ME YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY HERO AS WELL AS MY DAD. I RESPECTED YOU AND LOVED YOU UNCONDITIONALY JUST AS YOU HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME.THE MORALS AND VALUES YOU INSTILLED IN ME, ARE NOW CARRIED ON IN YOUR GRANDCHILDREN.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING A LOVING FATHER AND THE MAN I COULD TURN TO WITH ANYTHING WITHOUT FEAR OF BEING JUDGED OR MADE TO BE ASHAMED OF WHO I AM. Though it has been 10 years plus since I have seen him last, it seems like yesterday. He use to take me home on the back of his bike. I had a different nickname for him "Stretch".
He will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I worked with Mike in 97 and 98 while I lived in Vegas. I'll forever be grateful for the friendship he extended to me when I had no friends. His smile is probably one of my greatest memories of my time in local 357. Although there's a tear in my eye right now. I know I'll always smile when I think of him from here on out. Even though, through my faith I know that we will see eachother again,but still my sorrow runs so very deep. One day I was driving my 58 Chevy down Boulder Highway and this guy, (Reech), drove by on his black Harley and of course it was on. We raced and I do believe to this day he let me win. Mike would say to me often, "Annie you are as green as the day is long." I know that the things that Mike taught me kept me alive through the hard times that I would eventually face. The "Old school ways". I had never ridden on a motorcycle before and in spite of my fear and screams of terror I eventually caught on. His laughter was contagious. I have not had the pleasure of meeting you Amanda, however please know that he spoke of you to my husband and I with so much pride and love that I had never seen in him before because he had found the women of his dreams. You coming back into his life was such a blessing to him as he would say that he had found his "Soul Mate".
My prayers are with you Mandy and and also with Mike's brothers Dave and Jim and all his children and grandchildren. Rest with the Angels my dear friend, until we meet again you will be sadly missed.

I worked with Mike at the convention center for years we were on different teams him being in a different union than I. but you would never know it. he was the guy who always always made up the team and always made you feel like the captain. He was so good at what he did and always gave the credit to you. I love you Mike and everytime I look up at the night sky the first star I see I will say hi to you. so many of us loved you so much. you are so missed you touched everyone's life forever.

I met Mike the day I came upon the tattoo shop he created in Millville, NJ. I will always remember his humor and humanity. His artistic side lives on with the many tattoo's he has created during his colorful life. Including a decent amount of mine. You are missed..

Growing up with Mike is full of memories. Like the time he and all the other boys in the neiborhood would play cowboys and indians. I was the indian. We learned how to walk with stilts together, and all the birthday parties we shared at each others houses. Water fights were the best. Remember Jim,Kyida,Donna,Leon,Jerry,Steve, Steven,McGinnie brothers, and me. Love ya mike. God be with you till be meet again, next time I get to chose who gets to be the indian. Teressa Howes

Mike had a way of making an awkward situation more manageable. He was a great steward. You could be mad as hell about something and he'd have you cracking up before he walked away. I'll miss him.

Mike was a mentor of mine while i went through the trade I'll miss his style of teaching us "young bucks" what a brotherhood is about . I thank him for the time he spent with me and I'll never forget it.

Mike was a true friend always. Never putting a brother down but always trying to help pick him up. He made me feel welcome when i was feeling alone. Sorry to hear about Mike. I last saw him at Dave's 50th and he was very happy. He was very proud of his accomplishments since I last saw him many years before and his smile was from ear to ear.
