SARAH BREEN Obituary

Sarah Ann Plackemeier Breen

Loving mother, daughter, sister and friend, was taken to Heaven June 6, 2017, unexpectedly and peacefully in her sleep, after a short illness. She was 36. Sarah was born Dec. 9, 1980 in St. Louis, Missouri, to Suzanne Lee Plackemeier (Swegle) and Gary Ernst Plackemeier. Sarah was a 20-year resident of Las Vegas.

In addition to her parents, Sarah is survived by her dear sons, Gavin Tyler Breen, almost 6, and Logan Ryan Breen, 3; sister, Megan Lee Plackemeier, her fiancé, Billy Alt, and their two daughters, Alexa Lee Alt, 6, and Olivia Addison Alt, 2. The most important people in Sarah's life were her sons, Gavin and Logan.

Sarah graduated CSN school of Nursing with an Associate of Science Degree. She loved most her work at Valley Hospital, where she excelled as a nurse, because she was especially kind, caring and compassionate to every patient, providing her very best care to all no matter their situation or status in life.

Sarah was blessed with a beautiful voice and had a wonderful love of music and singing. Among her family and friends, Sarah will be remembered as a funny, smart, determined, tenacious individual.

My condolences. Sarah worked at Welbrook centennial hills for a short time. She was a wonderful person. Very very funny and generous. She would purchase snacks for her crew just because. She always talked about her kids and how much she appreciated her mother. She mentioned multiple times how proud she was of her kids. Im am so proud to be part of her life's journey. She is missed from all of us at Welbrook. Sonny Sanchez

I'm so sorry; my heart goes out to you for your loss. There are no words to express our sadness when a love one passes but our loving God knows how you feel and comforts us with His word. (John 6:40 NWT)

My prayers are with Sarah's beautiful boys and all of her family in this most difficult time. Taken too soon, Sarah is truly one of the most amazing people I know and I can't emphasize enough how blessed I was to call her my friend and how much I wish I had more time with her. Our memories will keep Sarah alive for her boys and allow them to know how much she treasured being a mother. Rest In Peace Sarah.
