Carter and I became friends in high school. We lived just a few miles away. Both Mrs & Mr Stout always welcomed me kindly. Sending heart felt prayers for all the family.

Mrs. Stout was a most joyful soul. In high school when visiting Carter she was always so welcoming with a big smile on her face and always wanted to feed me. She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace.
