Barbara J. Weech -CLEVELAND, TN - Mrs. Barbara J. Weech, age 80, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2010. -Mrs. Weech was born in Tampa, FL on December 27, 1929 to the late Elmer Green and the late Lela Butler Green. She is preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Lincoln G. Weech. Mrs. Weech and her husband ministered for over 50 years. They established and pastored churches in the Bahamas, Florida and Georgia, and also ministered in Texas, Alabama and Indiana. Mrs. Weech was an accomplished musician, dedicated pastor's wife, mother and grandmother, having worked for prestigious law firms in Savannah, GA, Nassau, Bahamas, West Palm Beach, FL. -Survivors include son, Stephen G. Weech; daughters and sons-in-law, Chery M. and Dr. Ron Brendel, Melanie Y. and David J. Lapinsky; grandchildren, Jonathan Lapinsky, Bethany Lapinsky, Anna Marie Brendel, Maxey Weech and Riley Weech; brother, Elmer Green, Jr.; sister, Patricia Dyson. -Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, October 1, 2010 at 10A.M. at Griffin First Assembly of God. Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
