Beanie Harrell Obituary

Beanie H. Harrell
May 30, 1932 - December 4, 2021
Warner Robins, Georgia - Beanie H. Harrell, 89, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 4, 2021. A visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00AM on Saturday, December 11, 2021. A Funeral service honoring the life of Beanie will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, December 11, 2021. Immediately following the services, Beanie will be laid to rest at First Baptist Church of Centerville Cemetery beside her beloved husband, Jesse C. Harrell.
Beanie was born on May 30, 1932 in Blakely, Georgia to the late Beanie Bernice Beasley Hodges and Ellis Lee Hodges. She was a very creative individual who was gifted with the art of sewing. Over the years she had created beautiful quilts for those she loved and cared for. Beanie was the epitome of a true southern woman, so much she would have all of her family over for Sunday lunch. When she was not cooking, she could be found baking her famous pound cakes for all to enjoy and rave over.
Beanie was a hard working lady who aided her husband with owning and operating Harrell's Greenhouse and Nursery. In her free time she could often times be found surrounded by those she loved and watching her hummingbirds.
In addition to her parents, awaiting for her at the gates of heaven is her beloved husband, Jesse C. Harrell; son, E. Ronald Harrell, and her two beloved baby boys; William Harrell, and Jesse Harrell.
Left to cherish her beautiful memory is her beloved children; Jimmy Harrell, Rita Harrell Hoy (Stephen); grandchildren; Leslie Vincent (Barry), John Harrell (Kristi), Jesse Harrell (Shannon), Jennifer Dunne, Philip Hoy, Stephanie Baker (Josh); 10 great-grandchildren; siblings; Johnny Hodges, (Margie), Dempsey Hodges (Ann), Ann McLean (Kenny), and Louise Grimm. Beanie is also survived by many extended family members and a countless amount of friends and patrons.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made payable to the First Baptist Church of Centerville Building Fund.

I loved making peach jam, shucking corn, or just visiting with Ms. Harrell. She was a wealth of information about how to survive in this world and keep your head above troubled waters. I miss her dearly.
