Dearest Family, we grieve deeply with you on the passing of our grandmother. Though she was only mine through marriage I have claimed her as my own for nearly 40 years. There never was, nor ever will be, one so special as she. I wrote a small poem for her, and hope you all know this is from our hearts. 'To Grand mama' "You are not gone, you are with us still, You watch although we do not see-, Your love is in the sun's warm light, and as long as we are - you will be". I look forward to the day when we are together once again, and Thank and Praise God for that Promise. Your granddaughter through love, Susan.

I am so sorry to read about Mrs. Berta's death, you all were so sweet and attentive to her. I appreciate all the kindness you all gave to Mama during her time at The Oaks as Mrs. Berta's roommate. May God bless each of you. Norma Kay Bass
