Martha Minton Obituary

Martha G. Minton -WARNER ROBINS - Martha G. Minton, 77, passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2007. -Ms. Minton was born on January 5, 1930 in Crawford County, Georgia. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Centerville, the Shirley Stricklen Sunday School Class, the Stricklan Women on Mission, and the Centerville Lioness Club. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse from the Carl Vinson VA Hospital in Dublin, Georgia. Her parents, James Franklin Grant and Odelle Phillips, preceded her in death. -Survivors include her brother, Marvin Phillips, Mississippi; nieces and nephews, Lloyd and Judy Britt, Warner Robins, Michael Britt, Warner Robins, Ronnie and Connie Heath, Macon, Eddie Rutledge, Macon, Lynn Grant, North Carolina, Paul and Carole Charpentier, Columbus, Georgia. -Services will be held at 1P.M. on Friday, October 26, 2007 at First Baptist Church of Centerville. The family will receive friends and family from 12 Noon until the time of service. Interment will follow in the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to First Baptist Church of Centerville Missions, 108 Church Street, Centerville, GA 31028. -Go to www.mcculloughfh.com to sign the Online Registry for the family. -McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
