Macon, GA- Ruby Jeanette Walsh, 88, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2014.
A service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 2:00 with the Reverend Julie Long and the Reverend Scott Dickison officiating. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Crest Lawn from 5:00-7:00 pm on Friday, January 31, 2014 at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.

Gloria and Family, Jeanette was a wonderful co-worker and friend. She always had a smile for everyone. I feel very blessed to have been a part of her life. We have great memories from the Commissioner's Office and Purchasing! I know you will miss her. Prayers. Ouida Whitfield

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Jeanette's passing. I used to work with her at the courthouse. We used to have lunch together a lot. She was a precious lady with a heart of gold. Your family is in prayers!

Gloria and family, I was sorry to hear about Aunt Jeanette leaving us. She was a very special lady and I was blessed for having known her. She is in heaven now with lots of her family surrounding her. And no more pain and suffering. Knowing this gives us comfort and the strength to carry on each day until we meet together again. I will be praying for you and your family. Love ya'll
