Rick (aka Chet Montana) was a great and generous guy. I had a lot of fun working for him the summer of 89 cleaning pools with him. He will be the fourth member to be inducted into the Grunde Tribe Hall of Fame. I will miss him. Love and prayers to all the Winters family.

Too many fond memories with Rick to recount here, many of them hilarious and only truly appreciated later in life. Rick and I laughed over several of them at last summer´s high school reunion which is now an even bigger blessing to have had. Rick organized it. I will miss my friend.

Rick was a true leader. He had a persuasive wit and sense of humor, that left no choice, but to follow for others.

When he took on a project or endeavor- It was always to the next higher level.

But, it was his attention to detail, and to the subject matter at hand that always amazed me.

We lost someone great, far too early.
