Mike Morrison

1953 - 2026

Mike K. Morrison, 72, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Mike was a devoted husband, proud father, and dedicated rancher. A soft-spoken man of strong character, he believed deeply in hard work, honesty, and the value of community. Throughout his life, he found great joy in outfitting, hunting, and rodeo. He held a special passion for the Wells Jr Rodeo and was instrumental in helping establish the wrestling program in Wells, leaving a legacy and lasting impact on many young athletes in the community.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alma and Ila Morrison of Buhl, ID.

Mike is survived by his beloved wife and soulmate, Adela Morrison of Wells, NV; his six children, Tommy Morrow of Fernley, NV, Brandy Morrison Bartholomew of Twin Falls, ID, Gina Morrow (Javier) of Wells, NV, Michael Morrison (Brigett) of Wells, NV, Matt Morrison of Wells, NV, and Marc Morrison (Megan) of Wells, NV; as well as 12 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He is also survived by his siblings, Tamra Burton of Buhl, ID, Kermit Morrison (Nelda) of Chubbuck, ID, Karma Koch of Buhl, ID, Nedra Korte of Buhl, ID, and Darla Owen of Buhl, ID; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Mike's steady presence, generous spirit, and unwavering love for his family and friends will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

In accordance with Mike's wishes, no funeral services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wells Jr Rodeo, P.O. Box 824, Wells, NV 89835.
