MaryJo Gaudio Obituary
MaryJo Gaudio, 69, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 26, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She kept the faith as she fought against Lupus. She was a devoted mother and wife, loving sister, daughter, and grandmother.
MaryJo was born on April 29, 1956, in Struthers, OH, the daughter of Paul and Veronica (Belansky) Palovich.
She was a graduate of Struthers High School and an active member of New Life Assembly of God Church. MaryJo loved Jesus and left a legacy of great faith to her family.
MaryJo loved spending time with her family, especially in the kitchen, where she shared her passion for baking and cooking. Her children continue to cook many of her recipes that they will cherish and remember her by during the holidays. She was greatly involved and supported her children in their extracurricular activities, including sporting events, band concerts, singing recitals, and other various school functions. In her spare time, she enjoyed decorating, shopping, and relaxing by the pool with her family.
MaryJo is survived by her four siblings, Paul (Paula) Palovich, Veronica (Paul) Gregory, Paulette (Andrew) Getsy, and James Palovich. She will always be remembered lovingly by her six children Justin Britt, Katrina (William), Josefa Britt, Mary (Jordan) Sainato, Elizabeth (Edwin) Figueroa, Gabriella Gaudio (Vincent); five grandchildren, JJ, Lee, Barrett, Evander, Braxton, and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Veronica (Belansky) Palovich, and her devoted husband of 35 years, Anthony J. Gaudio II.
Her family invites you to the Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the Kidston Pavilion in the Fellowship Riverside Gardens in Youngstown from 10:30 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. We welcome you to wear light colors as we celebrate MaryJo's beautiful life.
