She was a beautiful and remarkable woman who served Drew County as County Treasurer, after her husband, Jack, was drafted into the 2nd World War, and served as Drew County Sheriff after her husband’s death, while he was in office. Jackie and Mary Louise,

You are in my thoughts and prayers and I share in your loss. How fortunate we all are for having had Liz in our lives. There are so many wonderful memories spanning a lifetime which began in Wilmar many years ago. I have never known a more caring, loving and supportive person as Liz, and those traits will always be the first thoughts in my mind when I remember her. Take care of yourselves and each other and I hope to see you both again soon.
