K. Atkins Obituary
Daytona Beach, FL - K. Michelle (O'Brien) Atkins passed away at Sandalwood Nursing Home, Daytona Beach, FL on December 18, 2017 at the age of 64. She was the daughter of Mary M. and John E. O'Brien.
Michelle is predeceased by her spouses, William Atkins and Robert Keller; her father, John O'Brien.
Michelle is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Dawn (Rob) Kamen of Ormond Beach, FL; grandchildren, Ian & Ivy Kamen; mother, Mary O'Brien; sister, Debbie (O'Brien) Wagenhals; brothers, John (Kim) O'Brien, Peter O'Brien; nieces, Suzie O'Brien Banks, Sarah (Brian) Davis, Chelsey O'Brien.
Michelle was born in Pittsburgh, PA on June 26, 1953. She graduated from Lexington High School and Pioneer JVS in 1971. She worked at The Center and Richland Hospital.
She was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband, Billy.
There will be no visitation per her request.
A private celebration of life, will be conducted at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Halifax Hospice, 235 Booth Rd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174.

Mary, Debbie, John, Pete & Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I will always remember Michelle as the beautiful young lady me and my buddy Jack met one summer afternoon in July 1969 at Park Avenue Lanes. Along with her sister Debbie and their lovely smiles and great personalities it made what was one of my best summers ever. God be with you Michelle and I will see you on the other side. The Lord has another Angel. O'Brien's know that your loss is Heavens gain.
