Aaron Hacker Obituary
MARION: Aaron S. Hacker, age 31, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2010, in Marion.
He was born on January 28, 1979 in LaePapua, New Guinea to James A. and Kathy J. (Branch) Hacker. His parents survive in Marion. Aaron married Kimberly B. Burge in Marion on September 18, 2004 and she also survives; along with a son, Dylan James Hacker; a stepson, Todd Allen Tanner; a stepdaughter, Bethany Renee Tanner all at home; a brother, Jason (Rylie) Hacker of Delaware, OH; and grandparents, Arthur L. & Marie Hacker of Zion, IL, and Don & Bonnie Branch of Marion.
Aaron graduated from Pleasant High School in 1997 and earned his bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University in 2001. For the past 8 years, he has been employed with Con Agra as an assistant sanitation supervisor.
Friends may call at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 29, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Joe Harrison officiating in the funeral home with burial to follow in Chapel Heights Memory Gardens.

Aaron not to long ago you told me that I gave you the best 7 years of your life. Well in turn you have also gave me the best 7 years and a beautiful son. He is the mirror image of you. I look in his eyes and I see you. I have loved no other the way I love you. I will never love anyone the way I love you. Nor will I ever find any love the way you loved me. I will be yours until the end of time. I miss you everyday. You are the first thing I think of when I wake up and the last thing I think of before I go to sleep. You will always be my other half.

Aaron, you became a big part of my life when you and my daughter, Kimberly began to date. Our Halloween Party was the first time we met you, What a handsome young man, what a beautiful smile.
I will always love you and miss you all the days of my life. You were one of my boys.

Aaron - I think that you knew I was going to be part of your family way before Jason or I did. As long as I have known the Hacker family you always called me sis. Thank you for always making me feel so welcomed and loved. I miss you every day and you will always remain in my heart. Love you bro.

Aaron - The first time we met you were about 14 months old. You had just traveled half way around the world from LaePapua New Guinea. You brightened our lives with a smile that never seemed to stop. This little guy changed our family - my brother and his wife became parents, our parents became grandparents, our sister an aunt and I became an uncle.
I wish there had not always been so many miles between us, seemed like we missed out on so much through the years. You will be greatly missed.

Reading all these messages, most of them stating how nice and kind Aaron was, reminds me of what a sweetheart he truly was. Living so far away kept me from seeing him often, but whenever I did, I could easily see the good son, brother, husband, dad, etc. in him. Rest in peace Aaron. Love, Aunt Jody
