Robert Dds Obituary
Marion - Dr. Robert Wilson Imbody DDS, 86, of Marion, Ohio passed away July 5, 2017 from kidney disease at Heartland in Marion.
A celebration of his life will be held at 9:30 am June 23, 2018 at Mt. Vernon Church of Christ in Marion, Ohio, with Minister Jeff Bush officiating.
A luncheon reception at the church will follow the military graveside service in the Marion Cemetery.
Robert was born August 25, 1930 in Marion, Ohio to Elmer Wilson DDS and Stella May (Baker) Imbody. He married Ann Ferguson June 12, 1954 in Marion, Ohio.
To this union were born Brent and Denyse. After his divorce he married Beverly Sue Brundige October 1, 1977.
Robert was a dentist in Marion for over 50 years. He earned his bachelor and DDS degrees from The Ohio State University. He was a Captain and served from 1956-1958 in the Army Dental Corps in Mannheim, Germany. Returning to Marion in 1958 he opened his dental practice.
He is survived by his wife Beverly of Marion, his daughter Denyse Imbody Randazzo of Overland Park, KS; grandkids Morgen, Tayler, Bryce and Madisen, his son Dr. Brent (Melissa) Imbody of Beavercreek, Ohio and grandkids Conner and Lauren. He is survived by his sister June Louise Wills of Liberty Lake, WA, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Robert is predeceased by his brother John Edwin Imbody and his first wife Ann.
Robert was cremated and will be interred in the Marion Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert's memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation

so sorry to hear the passing of Robert Imbody. He was my dentist for many years. Loved going to him, because he put picture of animals on a wall. Love his wife too.
