CJ was a remarkable comedian and friend. He brought so much joy to our stand-up comedy club at NEU, Times New Roman. I always aspired to be as confident and authentic as CJ could be on stage. He was always happy to open our shows, and we never once doubted his ability to get an audience engaged and excited. I will never forget CJs legendary impressions - he was so insanely talented and our club will not be the same without him. We love you CJ

From the brief time I knew CJ, he lit up every room he was in. He was an amazing talent on the few short films he worked on with Northeastern's video production club. His smile was contagious and even though he was only on a few film shoots, he made such an impact on this club and the people in it. When I think of NUTV, CJ's personality is the definition of a member of this club. His humor, his smile, his talent were irreplaceable. He will be dearly missed.

The funniest guy around, you really got me out of my shell and made me feel so welcome at Northeastern. As we say in the UK, the pain of parting is nothing to the joy of meeting again

What a gem CJ was! I met him his first year at northeastern university, he was auditioning for the improv comedy group I am a part of. What a presence, he really lit up the whole room with his personality and humor. So sad to hear this news and to know just how far CJ was going-it was obvious to us all he was on the road to something big. Sending so much love from our little corner of the world. CJ will be greatly missed. He´ll always be a star to all of us.
