To Mike, Gary and the Coles/Harr family:
As a youngster, I always looked up to my older cousin Gary. I fondly remember his visits home from the Navy when he would hitchhike to visit us in Wilmington Manor. We would then drive him to Allentown. I also remember his kindness when my mother bought her first color TV. He drove down to Wilmington and helped her set it up, climbing up to the roof to install a new antenna. When I was an adult, I enjoyed visits to his farm, where we always talked about sports, particularly the Phillies. I last saw him in 2002. He took me to his garage and showed me the wooden shell of our family's first TV set from the 50s. He was in good spirits and was a big Shania Twain fan. We will certainly miss him.

To the Coles family. My name is Terrie (Burian) Thompson, my mother's name was Nancy (Fenstermaker) Benner. Your dad dated my mom back when they were in their late teens and your dad actually taught me how to tie my shoes back in the day. I just wanted to let you know that your dad was really a neat person. He was also our tv repair man forever as I was growing up. We lived on Minesite Road. It will be 3 years that my mom has passed on in June. I just wanted to say that your dad was a friend of mine and he will be up there with my mom and your mom watching over all of us. Just to let you know your family is in my thoughts. Actually, your grandmother Ethel babysat for me also as I was growing up. I knew your crazy uncle Billy from back in the day too. Its such a small world but it had so many good people in it. I remember Paul too. Anyway,I never met either of you boys but you must have some great fond memories of your dad, he was a lot of fun. Take care. Terrie (and I will include my brother Tommy too).
