MIKE AND FAMILY
I JUST RECEIVED MY ANNUAL CLASSMATE LETTER AND AM STILL IN SHOCK TO READ OF JANET'S
PASSING LAST DECEMBER.
WE GREW UP TOGETHER IN MARTINS CREEK,BEST
OF FRIENDS. SHE WAS NOT IN MY WEDDING PARTY
BUT SHE WAS WITH US THE NIGHT BEFORE AND WITH US THE ENTIRE WEDDING DAY. WE LOST TOUCH BUT RE-CONNECTED AT THE CENTERFIELD CLASS REUNION. THIS IS WHERE I MET YOU.
WE HAD A FEW FOLLOW UP LUNCHEONS IN MT BETHEL WITH MARY JANE AND SHIRLEY. WE REALLY ENJOYED TALKING ABOUT OUR YOUTH.
JANET WAS A SPECIAL LADY AND SHE IS MISSED
I AM SO SORRY TO BE WRITING THIS SO LATE BUT I AM STILL STUNNED TO KNOW SHE IS GONE.

Mike & family,
I was shocked and saddened to read of Janet's passing. She was my best friend in grade school and recently four of us got together for lunch. She was such a good person and I send my condolences to you and your family. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend her service.

I found out this weekend about Janet's passing. She was a stalwart member at OLHC, devoted to keeping matters organized, accomplished and lively. Her feisty manner was a delight in the rectory; I can only imagine when she was at home. She was devoted to you and that was always evident.
I will remember her in My Masses and prayers over the holidays. Her absence and presence will be felt, and though a paradox, it is likewise a consolation. She's worth the tears; so are you, and well worth my prayers as well.

It is with a very heavy heart to see that Janet has passed away. What a nice person she was. Everyone on The Rose Williams golf league will miss her terribly. She was part of the glue that has kept this league together. Please except my sincere condolences to the entire family.

Mike, so very sorry for your loss. You may recall my mentioning to you that my wife, Elaine, had passed away in August, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. We have lost a very beautiful person on earth, but now she is at peace in another place. Your brother Knights are your strength at this time of need. May God's spirit of peace and abiding presence in this time of difficulty provide the light that guides you and your family forward.

To Mike and the entire Garger family, we were saddened to learn of Janet's sudden passing. I remember her fondly as a colleague in the IP Law department - she was the glue that held us all together. She was a wonderful office manager and a good friend. Unfortunately, I will be out of state on Sunday-Monday, and so regretfully will be unable to attend services for Janet.
