To the Cathers Family;
The Kershner Family wishes to extend our deepest sympathies; we were neighbors back in the 1950s-1960 on Turner Street in Allentown. My parents were good friends throughout those years and my Father, Robert Kershner enjoyed attending the Stock Car Races with John and especially attending a trip with him to the United Nations. Dad passed away early in 1976 and Mom later in 1996; may you find peace and comfort from family and friends at this time. John was a wonderful person and will be sadly missed by all who came to know him.. You are in our thoughts and prayers..... Ellie (Kershner) Funk

I have wonderful memories of our family's friendship with Mr. and Mrs. Cathers and Lynn and Lorie. Our families visited each other often for many years. My father, Dave Cope, and John Cathers were business partners and friends for many years also. I wish the family of John Cathers comfort and peace.
