Today marks the one year anniversary. I miss you even more now. I miss your beautiful voice, your soft touch, your compassion, your energy and your smile. I miss having you here to enjoy the lives of or children and our families. And I miss being able to talk to you and ask for your advice.

Deepest condolences on the loss of Lynn. I worked with her at AP and she was one of the nicest people around. I remember working with her at a Day of Caring at the 6th Street Shelter a few years back. She truly enjoyed being there knowing she was helping others. I'll never forget the curtains that were made out of sheets and a stapler. It sounds ridiculous, but she got it to work and they actually looked good hanging up.
Remember all the good times. I'm sure there are so many of them.

Your mother was a very special person. I always enjoyed the many discussions we had together. Kristin, your mother and I discussed in detail your basketball career with the ups,downs and injuries. Kevin ,we also talked about some of your experiences in Boston including catching a ride with questionable individuals. I also can recall telling her how I really liked her new haircut/style. Deepest condolences to you all. I have been amazed at the strength I've seen your family show since you got the news about Mrs Scheitrum's health over a year ago. You are one of the most uplifting and positive families I have had the pleasure to be around, and that even carried through in such a difficult time. I'll never forget the summer of '98 in particular. Mrs Scheitrum played a huge role in my childhood and I'll always be grateful for the opportunity I had to be one of her adopted children.
