Richard Wagner
Richard Wagner, 88, Allentown, passed away Monday, November 1, 2010 in Manor Care, Allentown, PA. He was the loving husband of Betty I. Wagner, a marriage of 67 years. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of Emma and Calvin Wagner. Richard was a graduate of Liberty High School and received a Bachelors and Masters Degree from the University of Southern California. He served in the Marine Corps during World War II. He was a credit manager for Harris Corporation for 41 years. Survivors: Surviving in addition to his wife are three children, Carol Erkes, Reading, PA, Richard Wagner of Pittsburgh, PA, and Robert Wagner of Bethlehem, PA. Other survivors include a sister, Betty Breisch of Bethlehem, PA; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Services: Services held at Bethlehem Memorial Cemetery at Linden St., Bethlehem at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 4. Funeral arrangement being made by Long Funeral Home on Linden Street.
