Todd Furjanic Obituary

On Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 7:30 PM, my beloved husband and forever friend, joined those who have passed before us, at the age of 57, surrounded by family. Todd was born in Neptune, NJ and moved to Allentown in 2nd grade. He graduated from Salisbury High School in 1983 and further went on to pursue degrees in Psychology and Philosophy at DeSales University.

He worked for many years in the social services field and found purpose as a Juvenile Probation Officer with Lehigh County for 22 years.

Todd thoroughly enjoyed traveling. His desire was driving South to see his son, Boston, and daughter-in-law to be, Anna, while on the way finding as many small towns that were hid away as possible.

He most recently dabbled in a biography, but always maintained his passion for all sports, especially Packers football.

Todd is survived by his wife, Shirley, son Boston, and daughter-in-law to be Anna Fricchione. He is also survived by his parents William and Janet Furjanic of Allentown, brother Billy and wife Tracy of Wilmington NC, sister Christy Furjanic and partner George Asselin of Breinigsville, sister Cindy Nunweiler and husband Gunther of Greenville, SC, and brother Greg and wife Heather of Port Jefferson, NY.

He possessed a great love for all his nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, Kristopher, Brandi, Annie, Alexandria, Victoria, Atticus, Jarek, Bennet, Delaney, Levy, Noah, Lennon, Reid, and baby boy Squire due November.

There will be a private family service at a later date. Arrangements by Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., Fogelsville. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.KellerFuneralHomes.com.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to KidsPeace in care of the Funeral Home, PO Box 52, Fogelsville, 18051.

I moved in the area just a short 2 years ago and the first person I met was Todd at DeMarco’s. We talked about everything. At the time he was working at the cricket farm. His love of sports and family. We talked about going golfing(Todd said, I only do 9, which was good for me) he was always so pleasant. I went to DeMarco’s today because I emailed Todd and he never got back to me(which he always did)so I just found out about his passing. It’s like someone just punched you in the gut. Todd gave me a copy of his life’s upbringing which I read and found it very entertaining. I’m going to read it again tonight! My sincere condolences to family. I only knew Todd a short time and will miss him dearly so I can’t even imagine the grief family is going through. RIP my Friend.

Shirley, Boston, and Family ~ I was so saddened to hear of Todd's passing. I worked with him in Juvenile Probation and will always remember his infectious smile as well as his care and concern for the kids. However, my greatest memory of Todd was his love of the Packers and the annual trips he and his friends would take to the games. May God wrap His loving arms around you and your family during this difficult time to bring you peace and comfort.

I am so saddened and heartbroken to hear of Todd´s passing. Growing up next door to the Furjanic family, I was always in awe of what an amazing, loving, talented, and handsome family they were. I am honored to have known Todd and Shirley and we were also neighbors in Fogelsville in our adult years. You are all in my thoughts and prayers and may your family, loved ones and friends guide you and support you during this difficult time. Sending love to Mr. and Mrs. F who always were kind to me and my parents and shared my special day when I married my husband, Steve. I will always remember Todd as an amazing soccer player and fun neighbor who had the best smile.

My deepest condolences to the entire family. Todd was a great guy and I'm so very sorry to hear about his passing. I'll cherish the memories of coming over to hangout with Boston & friends in the garage, and Todd was usually almost always there with us making us laugh at his silly dad jokes. I considered him to be like a second father, & I'm sure I'm not the only one that can relate. May he rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers go out to Shirley, Boston & family in these difficult times.
