Daryl Walter Stephens

Daryl Walter Stephens, 76, of Allentown, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 in St. Luke's Hospital – Fountain Hill.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Walter C. Stephens and Arbutus (Gross) Breinig and her husband Ben. Daryl attended Salisbury High School. He worked as a welder at the Moser Manufacturing Company – Foundry and Machine Shop in Allentown.

Daryl was always a faithful Christian first and a sports fanatic second. He took every chance he could to "bear witness" to anyone who would listen. Daryl was an avid Phillies and Steelers fan and owned a huge variety of sports collectibles. He also enjoyed socializing with friends by frequenting the Lehigh Valley Mall. Daryl's love of geography and statistics was shown in his many visits to various cities throughout his lifetime.

Survivors: Daughters, Tracy Shea and her husband Ron of Lehighton, Kelly Kremposky of Lehighton; son, Daryl M. Stephens of Emmaus; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and their families; dear friend, Cassy Rivera. Daryl was also preceded in death by sisters Carol Bosch and Patricia Keck and son-in-law Joe Kremposky.

Services: A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 13, 2026 in the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, 46 E. Susquehanna Street, Allentown. A visitation for relatives and friends will be held from 10 AM until the time of the service. Inurnment will follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
