Dear Scott and family, Fran and I are spending the winter in sunny FL. We have always held your Dad in our highest regard. He was a kind and gentle person. I always enjoyed our conversations with him. Please know that although we will not be in attendance at his services, you and you family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Cousin Fran and Woody

Kappas Family,

Warmest condolences. I had a wonderful and most enjoyable conversation several years ago with Mr. Kappes, sitting next to him at the repast for Jack Swann. He told me all about how Jack asked Louise on their first date! RIP sweet man!

Scott and Terry, so very sorry for your loss, I remember all the wonderful times we had growing up and being together. He always had a smile on his face and a joke or story to share. I loved when we heard the stories about him and my mom winning dance contests. Great memories I will cherish always. Love to you.
