Joyce Yvonne Isbill, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on August 2, 2021 at the age of 83. In 1959, she married Joseph "Earl" Rowe, and had two sons, Robert and Richard Rowe. Earl passed away from leukemia at the age of 35, and she remarried Jerry Isbill, her surviving husband in 1971.
Joyce had a passion for cooking and a fierce love for her family. Joyce was a talented painter and florist, and enjoyed making crafts late into her life. She was an extraordinary host, and anyone who had the privilege of visiting her home felt immediately welcome.
She is survived by her husband Jerry Isbill; son Robert Rowe; son Richard Rowe ; granddaughter Allie Rowe Parrott; great-grandchildren Johnny & Gordie, and grandson Jonathan Rowe
